Masterbatches for High-Temperature Polymers
The new masterbatch product line for high-temperature polymers shines in brilliant colors.
Until now, the range of colors for coloring high-temperature polymers has been limited. The reason for this was the use of inorganic colorants, as only these were able to withstand the high processing temperatures. However, experience has shown us that the subject of color is also playing an increasingly important role in the field of high-temperature processing.
Examples include applications for power tools, the automotive industry or electrical and medical engineering. Through the work of our research and development department and the individual customer requests for color-intensive yet heat-stable masterbatches, a series of novel color formulations were created, which led to very brilliant results.
AF-Color® HP
These AF-Color® HP (High-Performance) masterbatches are designed for use in many different carriers. Examples include PPA and PPS. The colorants have a temperature stability of up to 350 °C.
As you can see from our color samples, the scope for individual color designs has been enormously expanded. Several color objectives can now be achieved and expanded.
