Processing requirements
The granules should be used pure, no mixing is required. Cleaning should be carried out immediately after the end of production. A high dosing speed and high back pressure are recommended as processing parameters.
Our cleaning granules do not contain any corrosive components, so they can be left in the machine without any problems. The cylinder should be rinsed first - after cleaning the cylinder, the hot runner can be rinsed.

Purging compounds for Polyketone
The two cleaning granulate types AF-Clean® NB 930007 natur Polyketon and NB 930008 natur Polyketon PRO are optimised for use after processing polyketone.
The combination of active ingredients efficiently removes polymer residues and colour residues as well as cross-linked components that can occur during the processing of polyketone. The chemically active cleaning component ensures effective cleaning without damaging the machine components. After the cleaning process, the granulate can be quickly removed from the processing machine by the downstream polymer. Longer dwell times in the machine are also possible without any problems.
