Ready to Stand Out? Our highlights at KPA in Ulm

With our extensive expertise and continuous expansion of production capacities, we are among the leading manufacturers of high-quality colour, carbon black, and additive concentrates. A special focus is placed on masterbatches for forward-thinking and demanding applications. We will be presenting our highlights at this year’s KPA in Ulm.

Polyketone Masterbatches: Versatile, High-Performance and Sustainable

Polyketone continues to gain popularity. This advanced thermoplastic offers outstanding properties and, compared to other polymers, has a lower CO₂ footprint. We have developed a comprehensive range of polyketone-based masterbatches with a wide variety of colours, all of which comply with at least the regulatory requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011.

The polyketone portfolio has also been expanded to include a dedicated cleaning compound from our AF-Clean® product family, specially designed for use after processing polyketone.

Colour Stability for E-Mobility - RAL 2003

Signal orange according to RAL 2003 has become a standard in electromobility. The key factors are long-lasting colour stability and the preservation of the polymer’s technical properties. Our vibrant and brilliant masterbatch, developed on numerous technical polymers, ensures durable marking – particularly for injection-moulded parts under electrical voltage.

A comprehensive portfolio is also available for applications requiring high processing temperatures.

Reducing CO2-Emissionen with Foaming Agents

A major innovation focuses on a tailor-made foaming agent masterbatch for polyamides. The chemical foaming agent contains enable a density reduction of up to 40%.

As a result, CO₂ emissions are lowered and the significant weight and material savings provide a compelling argument in line with sustainability considerations.
